When you attend any event at The Den, you might have an opportunity to be recruited to the Order Of The Phoenix.
You will probably not know when or how this recruitment takes place, but rest assured, it will happen sooner or later. Typically it'll be your participation in some special activity that secures you membership eligibility in The Order. |
For example, if you were chosen by a wand at Ollivanders Wand Shop on January 6th 2017 at The Den, then you have a full moon cycle to state your Pledge to the Order Of The Phoenix.
If you have not your Pledge to a Den Team Member following an event, you will soon be contacted.

Once you're an avowed member of the Order, you'll be eligible for discounts on future events, as well as secret meetings and projects, including advance notice, even before Den Members.
Your membership of the Order is maintained by attending at least one event every 12 months.
If you'd like to become a Secret Keeper, all you have to do is keep an open mind, be good and kind to those around you, participate and attend evens at The Den. Eventually, if your heart is determined and you persevere, you'll be CHOSEN.

HoursThe DEN is always available to DEN Members 24/7.
We host tours of The DEN by appointment at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm on most Fridays. Please email Howard at DENTeam@denstl.com to get a tour. Non-members can only access The DEN as the guest of a DEN Member or as an invited or paying guest of a DEN Event or Private Event. All Club activities or DEN Professor Classes are included with DEN Membership. Non-Members may attend any classes once they pay the $10 'Drop-In Fee' and wear a wristband for that day until closing. Most DEN Event tickets (including for Trivia Nights) will typically go on sale online MONTHS before the event date. We will post updates, on both social media and the website, until they're sold out. Book early to avoid disappointment.
*All children visiting The DEN must be accompanied by an adult member.
